Laura Hann

Laura Hann is an experienced criminal lawyer dedicated to protecting the rights and freedoms of her clients.

Laura graduated from the University of Waikato in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 2016. She began her career as a Crown prosecutor where she was responsible for prosecuting a wide range of serious criminal cases, and both Judge-Alone and Jury Trials. In 2019, Laura was recognised as an Intermediate Crown Prosecutor by the Crown Law Office given her prosecutorial experience.

Laura joined Riverbank Chambers in 2020 as an employed barrister and specialises in all aspects of criminal law. With a strong commitment to justice, Laura brings both expertise and compassion to every case she handles. Laura is an approved PAL 3 Criminal Legal Aid provider..
